PRE QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR THE SUPPLY OF GOODS AND PROVISION OF SERVICES

Centre for Health Solutions – Kenya (CHS) is a local, not-for-profit organisation that utilises 100% local expertise and strategic partnerships to ensure the implementation of evidence-informed solutions and interventions to existing and emerging public health concerns. CHS works closely with the Ministry of Health (MoH) to support the implementation and delivery of high-quality health services across Kenya.

CHS invites applications for pre-qualification of suppliers for the supply of goods and provision of services from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026 across our offices as listed below:

SUPPLY OF GOODS
CHS/001/2025 Supply and Maintenance of Computers, Computer Accessories, Computer Software, Printers, Photocopiers, Scanners, and Networking Services, Maintenance of Air Conditioners in the ICT Server Rooms
CHS/002/2025 Supply and Maintenance of Office Furniture
CHS/003/2025 Supply of General Office Stationery
CHS/004/2025 Supply and Maintenance of Laboratory Equipment, Supplies, Reagents and Consumables
CHS/005/2025 Supply and Maintenance of Medical Equipment and Hospital Furniture
CHS/006/2025 Supply of Pharmaceuticals and Non-Pharmaceuticals, including Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision (VMMC) supplies
CHS/007/2025 Supply of Promotional and Branded Materials (Hospital Uniforms, Branded Textiles or Caps)

8. CHS/015/2025 Provision of Renovation and Repair of Buildings Services, Conversion of Containers, Installation and Commissioning of Incinerators
9. CHS/016/2025 Provision of Quantity Surveying and Project Management Services
10. CHS/017/2025 Provision of Motor Vehicle and Motorcycle Repair Services (Motor Vehicle Parts, Tyres, and Accessories) in the following regions Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Kericho, Nakuru, West Pokot, Turkana, Kitui,  Meru, Kirinyaga, Busia, Isiolo and Kisii
11. CHS/018/2025 Provision of Goods Transportation, Distribution, and Courier Services
12. CHS/019/2025 Provision of Pest Control and Fumigation Services
13. CHS/020/2025 Provision of Clearing and Forwarding Services

Interested parties may obtain a complete set of pre-qualification documents here The downloaded documents should be duly completed per the instructions given and dropped into the tender box at CHS Offices, located at Watermark Business Park, Ndege Road, Spring Court, 1st First Floor on or before the closing date, Friday, January 31, 2025, at 10:00 AM.

Interested parties are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Five Thousand Kenya Shillings Only (Ksh 5,000/-) per category applied for through a bankers’ cheque drawn in favour of CENTRE FOR HEALTH SOLUTIONS – KENYA and obtain an official receipt. The duly completed pre-qualification documents should be placed in a sealed plain envelope marked with the name of the applicant and category applied for and addressed to:

 The prequalification documents will be opened on the closing day at 10:30 AM.

We encourage applications from women, youth, and persons with disabilities.

CHS reserves the right to accept or reject the prequalification documents in whole or in part without the obligation to assign any reason for that decision.

CHS offices will remain closed from 5:00 PM Friday, December 20, 2024, and reopen on Monday, January 06, 2025. During this time, bid submission will not be possible. All bidders are requested to submit their applications after January 06, 2025.
