CHS Pre-qualification Exercise 2015

CHS invites applications for pre-qualification of suppliers for the supply of goods and provision of services as listed below:

SUPPLY OF GOODS

1. CHS/001/2015 – Supply and Maintenance of Computers, Computer Accessories, Computer Software, Printers, Photocopiers, Scanners and Networking Services
2. CHS/002/2015 – Supply and Maintenance of Hospital Furniture
3. CHS/003/2015 – Supply of General Office Stationery
4. CHS/004/2015 – Supply and Maintenance of Laboratory Equipment, Supplies, Reagents And Consumables
5. CHS/005/2015 – Supply and Maintenance of Medical Equipment
6. CHS/006/2015 – Supply of Branded and Promotional Materials

PROVISION OF SERVICES

1. CHS/007/2015 – Provision of Printing Services
2. CHS/008/2015 – Provision of Taxi/Cab Services and Vehicles Hire Services
3. CHS/009/2015 – Provision of Goods Transportation Services
4. CHS/010/2015 – Provision of Travel and Air Ticketing Agency Service
5. CHS/011/2015 – Provision of Insurance Services (Staff Medical: Inpatient and Outpatient, Group Life and Assets)

Interested parties may download the pre- qualification document below. The downloaded documents should be duly completed as per the instructions given and dropped off in the tender box at CHS Offices located at CVS Plaza, 4^th Floor North Wing, Kasuku Road off Lenana Road in Kilimani; on or before the closing date, January 13, 2015 at 10.00AM.

Those interested shall be required to pay a non-refundable fee of Five Thousand Kenya Shillings Only (Kshs. 5,000/-) per category applied for through a bankers’ cheque drawn in the name of CENTRE FOR HEALTH SOLUTIONS – KENYA and obtain an official CHS receipt. The duly completed pre-qualification documents should be placed in a plain, sealed envelope, clearly marked with the name of the applicant and the category being applied for, addressed to:

Tenders will be opened on the closing day at 10.30AM. Bidders or their representatives wishing to attend the opening of the tenders are welcome to witness the process at the CHS Office Boardroom on 4^th Floor. We encourage Women, Youth and Persons with disabilities to apply.
